With over 18 years of professional experience, I am a seasoned leader adept at harnessing the power of data to inform strategic decision-making and drive project execution in line with organizational objectives. My journey began with a passion for mathematics, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. After a decade in public education. I completed my Master's Degree in Finance & Accounting which laid the groundwork for my analytical leadership skills. After a decade as a mathematics educator. I spent the next phase of my career leading curriculum adoption and coaching staff. In tandem to this work, I provided outsourced accounting and finance services for small businesses- where I have continued to leverage my analytical thinking and strategic mindset to drive positive change and propel teams towards success. My areas of expertise encompass data analysis, project management, team development, process improvement, and program development. Leveraging my extensive experience in the financial services has enabled me to support businesses at strategic phases of growth, and provide insights to decision making.
