Kelli Soll

Kelli is proud to have been recognized in Idaho Business Review’s “40 Under 40 Most Accomplished” and as an Alumni “STATEment Maker” by Iowa State University. She has been in Operations & Integrator leadership roles for the majority of her professional career. She solidified her mastery of EOS® Integrator principles at the EOS® Integrator Masterclass and thoroughly enjoys working alongside founder partners to establish consistency in systems and structure. Fractional Expertise: Fractional COO ( and Fractional Integrator for teams running on EOS®) Kelli has worked in Operational leadership roles within a variety of industries ranging from international travel programming, research, microbreweries, asset management and financial services. Kelli resides in Idaho and can be found alongside her fiancé in life outside of work. Together, they love to walk our 12-year old chow-mix, Ukah, taste all that the microbreweries have to offer the mountain west, and explore the vast Boise foothills on mountain bikes.
